Over 12 weeks, a small founder cohort works on real strategic, commercial, and operating priorities. Remote participation creates continuity; a one-week in-person intensive at Casa Puma brings the work into practice through focused collaboration and integration during your residency.
The in-person intensive is targeted for late Q1 2027. Exact dates, schedule, facilitator commitments, travel, and other inclusions remain subject to confirmation.
